Privacy Policy
This page explains what Ningbo Devtrans Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. ("we") collects on this site, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. It describes what this site actually does, not a template.
What we collect
What you type in: your name, a way to reach you (phone, email or WeChat), and what you need. Only the contact detail is required — without it we cannot reply.
Your conversation with the AI advisors, plus which advisor it was, how many turns it ran, and which language you used.
Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, and only when a salt has been configured; with no salt configured we do not record the IP at all. We do not use unsalted hashes — for IPv4 those are meaningless and would only create a false impression of anonymisation.
This site carries no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics scripts.
What it is used for
Responding to your enquiry, quoting, arranging shipments and following up; and improving this site's content and the quality of the advisors' answers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the above.
Who sees it
Internally: the staff handling your enquiry. In the admin console, conversation transcripts are visible only to super administrators, and every such view is written to an audit log.
Model providers: to generate replies, your conversation with an advisor is sent to the large-language-model provider we use. Please do not enter sensitive information you would not want processed by a third party.
Third-party advisors: entries such as the customs advisor point to chat pages operated by another company. What you type on those pages is collected by them under their own privacy policy and does not pass through this site.
Apart from the above, and where required by law, we do not disclose your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Conversation text is kept for 180 days by default. After that only the text is deleted; the content-free session record remains (date, which advisor, how many turns, whether it became an enquiry), so historical trends stay intact while what you said does not.
If you chose "Decline" in the privacy notice on your first visit, we keep no conversation text from that moment on, and record no IP hash or browser string — only that a conversation happened.
Enquiry records — the contact details and requirements you submitted — are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we judge they are no longer needed.
Your choices
On your first visit a privacy notice appears at the bottom of the page. If you decline, we count the conversation but keep none of what you said. That choice lives in your own browser and can be changed at any time at the bottom of this page.
You can also skip the form entirely and simply call us — the phone numbers on this site require you to submit nothing first.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, contact us below. Tell us the contact detail you used at the time so we can locate the record.
Transport security (current status)
This site is currently served over HTTP at an IP address and does not yet use HTTPS, so what you submit is not encrypted in transit. We will update this section once HTTPS is in place. Until then, please avoid sending anything you consider sensitive through this site.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Each enquiry record stores the moment you gave consent, which maps to the version in force at that time.
