FBA first-leg covers everything from factory pickup to check-in at the Amazon fulfilment centre. Devtrans routes shipments four ways depending on cargo profile and replenishment urgency: ocean FBA, air FBA, air plus final-mile, and ocean plus final-mile. Ocean moves as FCL or LCL, cleared on arrival by the company's own US team, which also books the delivery appointment; air suits emergency restocking, with local trucking for the last leg. AMS and ISF are filed in house on the export side, and both duty-paid and duty-unpaid channels are offered on import. Shippers normally supply only the packing list, commercial invoice and sales contract; the clearance team prepares the rest. When appointments are tight or a shipment is refused, cargo can be held at the company's own US warehouse for relabelling, re-palletising or splitting, then re-booked into the FC.

From you we normally need only three base documents — packing list, commercial invoice and sales contract — plus the Amazon shipment plan, FBA labels and carton marks; the clearance team prepares the rest. If storage limits bite or a shipment is refused, cargo can divert into our own US warehouse to be held, relabelled or re-packed and then re-booked into the FC.
