Supply Chain Finance
While the goods move, the money cannot stall
On a cross-border chain, money goes out two or three months before it comes back. Devtrans offers supply chain finance to bridge that gap. The arrangement itself is worked out case by case with our commercial team, offline.
Duty and ocean freight fall due before the goods land; sales proceeds arrive only after they sell. The larger the volume, the more of your own capital sits in that gap — plenty of sellers are not short of orders, they are short of the working capital to take a large one.
This stage is the capacity to bridge that gap. It connects back to the first three: because the trade, the importer and the freight all sit on one chain, any funding arrangement has something real to rest on — where the goods are, what they are worth, when they will sell are known facts rather than inferences from a spreadsheet.
The site does not set out how it is done. Terms, conditions and execution depend on volume, category and the form of cooperation, and are settled offline with our commercial team.
What Devtrans does here
- Supply chain finance covering the capital tied up in duty and freight, and the gap created by the settlement cycle
- Arranging cargo insurance
What you need to have ready
- Volume and shipping frequency
- Sales channels and the settlement cycle
- Existing cooperation and how settlement runs today
What this stage does not cover
The site does not discuss mechanics, quote rates or fees, or promise a limit or an approval — those depend on actual volume, category and a case-by-case assessment, and need a conversation with our commercial team. Ale will explain what the service is for; the rest is for a person to handle.
